Vegonthetable
I really love animals. Like a lot. I've been a vegetarian for about eleven years, and a vegan for the past year. Luckily, I'm marrying someone who shares those values, and also someone who (a) likes to write, and (b) gets stuff done. Andy and I have been talking about creating a vegan resource blog for a few months now, and we're finally ready to debut what we've created!
Check out how much fun it can be to be a vegan!
One of our favorite things to do is try out new vegan recipes and restaurants, and we thought this forum would be a great place to do that. It's also a place to just talk about vegan issues...like the fact that a trip to the grocery store costs about double what it used to when we're getting about half of the food! Or that finding suitable vegan eateries in York, PA can be a struggle.
If you're a vegan and you'd like to contribute...or a curious omnivore who's got something to say...contact one of us about writing a guest post. We'll be updating about all kinds of things, from cruelty-free products to ethical farming--there's a ton to talk about. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen trying out new recipes, and I'm excited to share them. So, join us, won't you?
xoxo

I really love animals too, I thought about being a vegetarian myself, and even tried it, I lasted about a month before almost dying. Admire your determination, hope that one day I have the courage to give up meat for the cause.
